Yes, we ship worldwide. For orders outside Germany, shipping costs may vary. Any customs fees must be paid by the customer himself. basgar does not cover any costs for this.

It depends on where you live. We process the order within 1-2 working days. It then takes approx. 5-7 working days for the orders processed here to arrive. Deliveries abroad can take between 7 and 16 days. Delivery details can be found in your confirmation email.
